MFA University of Colorado, Boulder. Currently work as a senior web designer for UMass Boston where I also lead photography workshops for students and staff.
Honors include: Creative City/NEFA artist grantee; Barbara Deming Memorial Fund Award; Clifton Visiting Artist Learning from Performers program, Harvard University; Research Fellow STUDIO For Creative Inquiry, Carnegie Mellon University; New Forms Regional Grant, Painted Bride Art Center; Emerging Artists Grant, Pittsburgh Filmmakers; Chancellor’s Achievement Award (UMass Boston). In the 1990s/early 2000s my art exhibit on historical issues in women’s healthcare travelled to over 40 galleries and was positively reviewed by Lucy Lippard in Z magazine.
